Hi! I’m Glenny — a mother, wife, community advocate, therapist, and Certified Life Coach. 

My passion for coaching grew from both my personal and professional journey. Through my own experiences with difficult life transitions, limiting beliefs, healing, and ongoing self-discovery, I came to understand how deeply life’s challenges can affect our emotional, physical, and overall well-being.

While balancing family, motherhood, and my career, I also began to recognize the stress that can come from living out of alignment with your values and needs

That awareness led me to examine the direction of my life, reconnect with what mattered most, and become more intentional about creating a life that felt authentic, balanced, and meaningful.

Through those experiences, years of study, and my work supporting individuals through major life transitions, I developed a passion for caring for the whole person — the mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual aspects that support deep, sustainable personal and professional growth.

With a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and several years of experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, I bring a compassionate, holistic, and person-centered approach to coaching.
